Reebok Crossfit Nano 3.0 Technology Video

Reebok Crossfit Nano 3.0 Design

  • The Natural Last – low profile platform for stability
  • Dura Cage construction for high durability and protection
  • Dual Density Midsole for forefoot cushioning and heel stabilization
  • Rope Pro technology for better grip with rope climbing
  • Metasplit – multidirectional outsole
  • 4mm heel to toe drop for stability

Comparison to other Nanos

  • Nano 5.0 is better for squatting and deadlifting
  • They are lighter and more sturdier than Nano 2.0
  • A bit heavier than Nano 5.0, 6.0 and 4.0
  • Very similar look to 4s but with cheaper price
  • Much more durable than 5.0 and 6.0
  • Nano 5.0’s are wider, stiffer and less comfortable
  • Running feels similar to 4s and is much better than 5s and 6s because of the cushioning
Reebok Crossfit Nano 3.0 - Good for Running

Reebok Crossfit Nano 3.0 – Good for Running

What’s good

  • Great for floor exercises like pushups and planks because of the reinforced toe
  • Very comfortable
  • Very good flexibility of the outer sole for better base with complex workouts
  • These shoes have tough, flat soles – some people might find it useful with performing deadlifts
  • Excellent for functional fitness style training
  • In comparison to cross trainers they are much better for lifting
  • They provide similar experience with rope climbs as Nano 4.0
  • One of the best crossfit shoes for short runs (up to 1 mile)
  • You can use them as an everyday shoe
  • A bit wider than casual trainers for letting your toes to spread out

What’s bad

  • Because mid-sole is flat there is not enough support on the arch so a very long training might be painful
  • Heels might collapse if you squat a lot of weight
  • If you suffer from plantars these are not shoes for you
  • They should be more breathable
  • They are very slow to dry after getting some moisture
  • Because of more padded insole you don’t feel so grounded for squats and olympic lifts like in the 5.0
  • Manufacturer insoles might be too small which creates a little gap between insole and the tip of your toe
  • Tread is not good for wet surfaces
